HOW TO ENTER
The contest starts on Monday, December 13, 2004 (the "Contest Starting Date") and ends at 11:59 pm EST Monday January 3, 2005 (the "Contest Closing Date"). No purchase is required. You can enter by mail or online. For mail-in entries, print your name, address and age, and your daytime telephone number on an official entry form or on a plain piece or paper not mechanically reproduced, and mail (in a separate envelope, with sufficient postage), to:

To enter online, fill out completely the contest entry form on the official website at www.tvguide.ca and transmit your entry by e-mail. Maximum one entry per person per day - if it is discovered that you entered more often than this, you will be disqualified. All entry forms become the property of Transcontinental Media Inc. and will not be returned. To be eligible, all entries must be received by 11:59 pm EST on the Contest Closing Date.

THE PRIZES
There will be 10 FAMILY PRIZE PACKS consisting of 1 of 10 Two Brothers and Thunderbirds DVDs and one Thunderbirds T-shirt (approx value $60). There will be 5 secondary prizes consisting of one of five Thunderbirds T-Shirts (approx value $10 each). The Family Pack Prizes will be awarded from all eligible entries received from www.tvguide.ca. The secondary prizes will be awarded from all eligible entries received from www.tvguide.ca.

ELIGIBILITY
The sponsors of this contest are Transcontinental Media Inc., and Universal Studios Home Entertainment Canada Ltd.. To be eligible, you must be a resident of Canada and have reached the age of majority in your province, from the Contest Starting Date to the date of the draw. You are not eligible if, at any point during this time you are (or you live with) an employee, representative or agent of a Sponsor, its affiliates or licensees, or contest judges. This contest excludes residents of Quebec.

THE DRAW
A random draw will be held in Toronto at noon EST on Wednesday January 5, 2005. The Grand Prizes will be awarded to the first eligible persons whose entries are drawn, who correctly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, and who otherwise complies with the Contest Rules. The next 5 entries drawn will be eligible to win one of the secondary prizes. Chances of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each selected entrant will be contacted by phone or mail, and will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and to sign a standard publicity/liability release (or his/her parent/guardian if the entrant is under the age of majority). The form must be correctly filled out and signed by the selected entrant and returned to the Sponsor within 10 days after being sent by the Sponsor. If the correct answer to the skill-testing question, and the declaration/release form are not received back by the Sponsor within the times set out above, or if the selected entrant does not otherwise comply with the Contest Rules, that entry will be declared void and a further entry will be drawn. The prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. The prizes will be delivered to the confirmed winners.

OTHER RULES
The decisions of the Sponsors will be final and binding on all entrants. No Sponsor shall bear any liability for (a) the loss, theft, delay or destruction of any contest entries (including as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any other error of any kind), (b) the loss, theft or misuse of a prize, or (c) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or a prize (including injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software). (Notwithstanding the above, Sponsors which are prize suppliers, namely Universal Studios Home Entertainment Canada Ltd. shall retain liability with respect to any prize supplied by such Sponsor which is defective or causes damage, personal injury or death for any reason.) By entering, the winner grants each Sponsor the right to use the winner's name and/or likeness, without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity or in future marketing events. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Written entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Only one prize per family, household or address will be awarded. All information obtained for this contest will be used only for the purposes of conducting the contest. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion,to cancel or suspend this contest or to alter the contest rules should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize (or any part thereof) with one of equal or greater value, without notice.
